We do not ship outside of the Continental USA (contiguous 48 states).

Products ship from various warehouses across the U.S. The closest shipping point to the destination is utilized for each order to guarantee the fastest delivery time.

We ship UPS, FEDEX, and USPS.

  • Orders under $200.00: $9.00 flat rate
  • Orders of $200.00 or more: FREE SHIPPING

Return Policy

Defective Product Replacements

All products come with a one-year-from-date-of-purchase warranty. To return a defective cartridge, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@lasersave.com. Your e-mail should include your full name, shipping address, product ID#, and a brief reason for the return. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a shipping label. The RMA number must be written on the shipping label. Once we receive the defective product, a replacement cartridge will be shipped to the billing address provided.

All Other Returns

If you ordered the wrong product or you no longer need a particular product, it may be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days from the purchase date. In addition, the product must be unopened; it cannot be opened and resealed. If the product is returned in an unsellable condition, no refund or exchange will be issued. To return a wrong or unneeded cartridge, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@lasersave.com. Your e-mail should include your full name, shipping address, product ID#, and a brief reason for the return. We will provide you with an RMA number which must be written on the outside shipping box. A return shipping label will not be provided.
